\u2022 Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions imposed by international authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.3. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Bitexia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.4. You must immediately notify us at wpcrypto.net\/demo@gmail.com<\/strong> if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bitexia provides a platform for trading, buying, selling, and storing digital assets (cryptocurrencies). Our services include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Cryptocurrency spot trading;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Digital wallet services;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Deposit and withdrawal services;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Market data and information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.1. By using our Platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth in our Fee Schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.2. Bitexia reserves the right to modify, update, or change any fees, commissions, trading fees, withdrawal fees, deposit fees, or any other charges at any time without prior notice.<\/strong> It is your responsibility to regularly review our Fee Schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5.4. We may deduct applicable fees directly from your account balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IMPORTANT: Please read this section carefully.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.1. An account is considered “inactive” if the User has not logged in, made any transactions, trades, deposits, or withdrawals for a continuous period of three (3) months (90 days).<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.2. Upon an account becoming inactive, Bitexia reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of 10 USDT (or equivalent) per month.<\/strong> This fee will be automatically deducted from the User’s available wallet balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.3. The inactivity fee will continue to be charged monthly for as long as the account remains inactive and has a positive balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.4. If the account balance is insufficient to cover the inactivity fee, the entire remaining balance will be deducted, and the account may be suspended or terminated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.5. By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly consent to the deduction of inactivity fees from your account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 6.6. To avoid inactivity fees, you must log in to your account or perform at least one transaction within every 90-day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.1. Bitexia reserves the right to request information regarding the source of funds deposited into your account at any time, without prior notice, and for any reason.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.2. You must provide satisfactory documentation proving the legitimate source of your funds within the timeframe specified by Bitexia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.3. Failure to provide adequate documentation or explanation regarding the source of funds may result in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Immediate suspension or freezing of your account;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Blocking of all withdrawals;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Permanent termination of your account;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Reporting to relevant authorities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.4. Bitexia shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension or termination due to failure to verify the source of funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.1. Bitexia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.2. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Violation of these Terms or any other Bitexia policies;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Failure to complete identity verification;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Failure to provide source of funds documentation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Extended account inactivity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Any other reason deemed necessary by Bitexia to protect the Platform and its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8.3. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Manipulate the market or engage in fraudulent trading practices;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Use automated systems, bots, or scripts without authorization;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Circumvent any security measures or restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Bitexia. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Bitexia does not warrant that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Any defects will be corrected;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 The results of using the Platform will meet your expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITEXIA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Loss of profits, revenue, or data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Financial losses from trading activities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Losses due to market volatility;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Unauthorized access to your account;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 System failures, delays, or interruptions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Any actions taken based on information provided on the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n IN NO EVENT SHALL BITEXIA’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bitexia and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 14.1.
